Who is Hendriks Cafe?

Hendriks Cafe has been providing Mordialloc and the surrounding suburbs with delicious, high quality food and beverages since 2014. In April 2018 Hendriks launched the catering project, supplying personal and business clients with a hassle free catering option.

Combining quality ingredients our customers have come to expect from Hendriks Cafe with the vision of our Head Chef, Russ Kingston, and owner, Lee Eman, Hendriks now provides a curated selection of catering hampers and boxes to suit small or large breakfast and lunch gatherings.

All catering orders can be placed online. Once you have added the delicious goodies you would like us to create to your cart then proceed to the check out and place your order. We won’t ask you to pay in the check out, instead we’ll confirm your order via email.

In this email confirmation you’ll be provided with a pro forma invoice outlining payment options as well as a collection time for your catering items. All catering orders must be paid for 48 hours prior to pick up.

Yes, we require a minimum spend of $150 to complete your order.

All orders will require a full 4 days notice. Payment must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to pick up.

At the moment we are unable to offer delivery. You are able to pick up your order before 1pm daily. A specific pick up time will be arranged with you via email.

We will not except payment on our website. Instead, we will confirm your details and pick up time via email. This email will also include a pro forma invoice for you to make payment. Payment must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to pick up.

You can choose to direct deposit your payment or pay via PayPal.

Our food is freshly made on the day of your order. We suggest it is refrigerated and served on that day.

Our boxes are designed to go straight into your fridge and you can even just lift the lid and serve.

Our hampers have been created to suit most tastes and occasions. Should you require something different in large quantities or bespoke catering please contact us for more information.

Every occasion is different and much depends on the appetite of your guests!

You will find a serving recommendation in the description of each product. Many of our products have been designed to serve one person allowing you to cater for a specific number of guests, while other products come in batches of 6, 8 or 12.

Payment information

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, Furniture.ca expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.

We use your info to fulfil your order accurately and quickly and to improve your shopping experience. We respect your privacy and never share this information with anyone, except in connection with your order. If you want to know more, take a look at our Private Policy.

Orders and returns

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Buy Now’.

Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’.Β After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

Go to Your Orders. Click Cancel Items. Note: Select the checkbox next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you want to cancel the entire order, select all of the items. Click Cancel checked items when finished.

You can contact our customer support team by provided email or mobile phone. In case, it’s not convenient to talk, you can come to our store to make your request.
